Your New Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Future Workforce – Leidos Australia, this role is designed as a dedicated sourcing capability focused onidentifyingand engaging hard-to-find technical and cleared talent across highly constrained markets. You willoperateas a true search specialist, proactively building pipelines anduncoveringtalentincluding those professionalthatare not typically accessible through traditional recruitment channels.
Lead proactive seach across technical, software, and other cleared talent markets.
Build talent maps across competitors, adjacentindustriesand target skill clusters.
Engage passive candidates through tailoredoutreach and relationship-led search activity.
Qualify talent against capability, clearance,mobilityand role alignment requirements.
Deliver high-quality, market-informed talent pipelines into priority hiring demand.

You are someone who enjoys the challenges of finding talent other cannot.You understand how to navigate niche markets, build pipelines fromscratchand engage passive candidates throughout thoughtful, high-quality search strategies.
Experience within agency sourcing/search, executive search, RPO or dedicated sourcing functions.Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-fill technical or highly specialised talent.
Deepcapability in market mapping, outboundsearchand passive candidate engagementacross highly constrained and business-critical talent markets.
Skilled inidentifyinghidden or non-obvious talent pathways through research, marketintelligenceand network-led sourcing approaches.
Ability tooperatewith autonomy,paceand discipline in fast-moving hiring environments
High levelsof curiosity, persistence and creativity whensolving complex or talent-constrained search challenges.
