What You Will Do
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates across technical disciplines, including software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware roles.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels—such as LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and professional communities—to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates through compelling, personalized messaging.
- Screen and qualify candidates at an early stage, gathering key information on experience, availability, and interest.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Continuously research and map talent markets within the technology sector to surface new sourcing opportunities.

- A genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and engage talent through multiple online platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft thoughtful outreach messages.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred
- Prior experience in a sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research role, even if informal or internship-based.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding of technical roles and the ability to interpret job requirements for engineering and product positions.
