As a Talent Sourcer at Evotym, you will be at the forefront of our candidate acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and engaging exceptional fintech professionals. Your mission is to build strong talent pipelines, uncover hard-to-find candidates, and support recruiters and clients by delivering top-tier profiles. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sourcing, research, and understanding the fintech talent market.
Proactively source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles within fintech.
Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess interest, motivation, and fit.
Keep our ATS and sourcing trackers up to date with accurate candidate information.
Stay on top of fintech market trends and competitor talent strategies.
At least 1–2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in fintech or tech.
Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to sourcing.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Teamtailor, Lever, Greenhouse) is a plus.
Passion for fintech and a curiosity for new roles and technologies.
Research mindset and persistence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple roles.
