About the position:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Sourcer who is eager to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and grow into a recruitment professional. In this role, you will work closely and directly with our Talent Acquisition Lead, gaining hands‑on exposure to real hiring challenges and best‑in‑class sourcing practices. You will play an active role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating talent, while contributing to a positive and professional candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their career, highly motivated to learn, and ready to take ownership from day one.
