The Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our HR team and play an active role in identifying, engaging and initially assessing candidates across all countries in which we operate. This is a hands-on sourcing role that combines proactive headhunting and talent mapping with first-stage candidate screening, with a strong focus on Sales profiles alongside searches across other business functions. Working closely with Recruiters and hiring teams, you will build quality pipelines and contribute to a consistent, positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and headhunt active and passive candidates across all target countries through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other relevant channels;
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines with a strong focus on Sales and commercial profiles, while also supporting searches across other business functions;
• Conduct talent and competitor mapping, develop targeted and personalised outreach strategies, and engage prospective candidates by clearly presenting the role and the company;
• Conduct structured first-stage phone screening interviews to assess relevant experience, motivation, communication skills and initial role alignment;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, including detailed screening notes, and collaborate closely with Recruiters throughout the process;
• Leverage AI-enabled sourcing and productivity tools responsibly to improve search quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition, with hands-on exposure to proactive candidate identification and headhunting;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field;
• Experience conducting first-stage phone screenings, or strong communication skills and the confidence to develop quickly in this area;
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to engage candidates professionally across multiple countries and cultures;
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms or other sourcing tools;
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a professional and candidate-centric approach;
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and follow-ups;
• Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn, with comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural and technology-driven environment.
