We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team and play a key role in supporting our growth across multiple markets. In this role, you'll use your creativity, research skills, and networking abilities to identify and engage top talent while helping build strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
As a Talent Sourcer, You Will…
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future recruitment initiatives.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
• Create meaningful connections with potential candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Track sourcing activity, analyze results, and provide insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Support recruitment projects, market mapping activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, talent market conditions, and sourcing best practices.
As a Talent Sourcer, You Need…
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• German language skills are considered a strong asset and will be highly valued due to the international scope of the role and the markets supported.
• A passion for identifying talent and building professional relationships.
• Strong research, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve sourcing outcomes.
