Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building national talent pipelines to support enterprise-wide hiring initiatives across behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment operations. This highly proactive role is centered on early-stage recruiting activities such as market mapping, outreach, candidate generation, market intelligence and building relationships with high-demand clinical, medical, and operations talent across multiple states and markets.

The Sourcer partners with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and operational leaders to build scalable sourcing strategies, improve candidate quality, reduce time-to-fill, and strengthen workforce augmentation across a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a - 5p EST

Salary: $75,000 + KPI Incentive Pay

Strategic Talent Sourcing

  • Develop national sourcing strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through advanced search techniques including Boolean search on resume databases, social media, LinkedIn, and industry sources to uncover talent prospects.
  • Build proactive pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Source passive candidates across multiple markets and states.
  • Handoff qualified candidates to TA Team members for inclusion in active or future campaigns.

Candidate Identification & Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive and active talent prospects using open-source and/or subscription-based data.
  • Evaluate licensure, credentialing, and multi-state eligibility.
  • Create targeted outreach campaigns via social media, CRM or other identified platforms.

National Workforce Planning Support

  • Partner with leadership on growth projections and hiring forecasts.
  • Build pipelines based on turnover trends and expansion plans.
  • Support new location launches and market expansions.

Talent Market Intelligence

  • Analyze labor market conditions and compensation trends (including total reward offerings).
  • Monitor competitor activity via market activities.
  • Advise leadership on talent availability by market.

Analytics

  • Maintain ATS/CRM pipeline accuracy.
  • Track sourcing performance metrics.
  • Build sourcing reports and pipeline forecasts for identified projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative when needed.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or related software.
  • Strong technical competency and a high propensity to learn new systems (e.g., databases, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools).
  • Ability to use discretion and work independently under general supervision.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of talent sourcing experience required.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience required, Behavioral Health, Mental Health or Addiction treatment settings preferred.
  • Multi-state recruiting experience.
  • Strong Boolean sourcing skills coupled with managing multiple and often competing priorities.
  • ATS/CRM experience.
  • Passive candidate sourcing experience with an emphasis on outbound Vs inbound activities.
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 50M download and 10M upload package or higher as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements and maintain all applicable state and job-related guidelines for background screening. Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, drug testing, health screening, CPR/Basic First Aid and license/credential verifications.
