1. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
2. Conduct market research to identify talent hotspots, industry trends, and effective engagement approaches.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across various platforms and communities.
4. Proactively reach out to potential candidates via email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Maimai, Boss, Liepin), and phone to assess interest and promote opportunities.
5. Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates) to optimize strategies and improve process efficiency.

2. 进行市场调研,了解人才分布、行业趋势及有效触达方式。
3. 为常招职位构建人才库,在多个平台或社群中维护候选人渠道。
4. 通过招聘平台(如领英、脉脉、BOSS直聘、猎聘)及电话主动接触潜在候选人,评估其意向并传递机会信息。
5. 跟踪、分析寻访数据(如转化率),持续优化寻访流程与效果。QualificationsQualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR field.
2. Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms like Maimai, Boss, Liepin and LinkedIn.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
4. Excellent teamwork, communication, and fast-learning abilities.
5. Proficiency in English is a plus.
