Job Description

Randstad, the world’s leading Partner for Talent, seeks a Talent Solutions Manager for our Professional Talent Specialty. In this role, you'll sell staffing services, expand current client relationships, and recruit top-tier talent. You get to leverage technology for enhanced experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads, and focus on specialty areas like F&A, Healthcare, or Business Operations for temporary placements.   • Swiftly address talent issues or client concerns.
  • Showcase your negotiation prowess in determining candidate pay rates and client bill rates.
  • Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
  • Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.

What you need to bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales in staffing or business development
  • Previous experience/background in Finance & Accounting or Business Operations is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of effective candidate & client generation strategies
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
