About the Team
Our Ireland GTM team is a critical growth engine for the business, focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers. We operate with clear accountability, strong pipeline discipline, and a focus on predictable, repeatable growth. We act as trusted advisors to customers and prospects and are experts in early careers.
About this role
You will be responsible for driving net new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with high-quality customers within our target market. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through to deal close, and play a key role in shaping how we win in the market.
This role is focused on outcomes: building a high-quality pipeline, consistently closing revenue, and improving win rates through disciplined execution.
Additionally, you will act as the Dublin team’s subject matter expert in highly consultative discovery, value-based selling and product demonstrations.

Outcomes
1. Consistent delivery of new business revenue targets
- Build and execute a clear territory and account plan
- Run structured, high-quality sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Close deals that meet ICP, pricing, and margin expectations
2. A strong, predictable pipeline is built and maintained
- Generate pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and marketing collaboration
- Maintain ≥3–4x pipeline coverage at all times
- Qualify rigorously to focus time on high-probability opportunities
3. High-quality deal execution and improved win rates
- Lead discovery that uncovers clear pain, value, and urgency
- Align solutions to measurable business outcomes for the customer

Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills
· Proven experience closing net new business in a B2B environment.
· Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
· Strong qualification and deal management methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC).
· Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.
· Understanding of value-based and consultative selling.
· Experience selling to large enterprises.
· Experience in the early careers sector preferable.
Other Information
- Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
- 3-month probationary period.
