As a Super User Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving warehouse systems excellence, operational transformation, and continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, IT, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead system implementations, champion best practices, and ensure the successful adoption of warehouse technologies that enable operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead WMS and operational systems implementation projects.
• Act as the subject matter expert for warehouse management systems.
• Support new customer implementations, testing and go-live activities.
• Develop and deliver user training and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and support site Super Users across multiple locations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Analyse operational issues and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and Project teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance and system best practices are maintained.
• Support business transformation and digitalisation initiatives.

We're Looking For

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS or similar).
• Experience leading system implementations or operational projects.
• Continuous Improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma or similar is advantageous).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple sites and regional projects.
