ST Engineering Aerospace is located in Pensacola, FL, at the Pensacola International Airport. We are a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. The Talent Pipeline Recruiter shall be responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources leadership team for developing and executing strategies that attract apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level talent through educational institutions, military transition programs, workforce development organizations, and community partnerships. This position requires frequent travel to recruiting events, schools, and strategic workforce development partners throughout the United States.
A high level of interpersonal skills is required to develop and maintain effective relationships with students, educators, workforce development professionals, military transition representatives, community organizations, hiring managers, employees, and leadership. The ability to communicate professionally and effectively with individuals at all organizational levels is essential.
Requires mobility throughout office, production, training, educational, and event environments. Requires regular local, regional, and nationwide travel to educational institutions, career fairs, military installations, trade conferences, community events, and recruiting functions. Must be able to transport recruiting materials, displays, and event supplies up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent standing, walking, presenting, and interacting with large groups.
