Something exciting is happening at Bright Bright Software Group builds software that powers payroll, accountancy, tax and practice management for tens of thousands of firms across Ireland and the UK. We're PE-backed, growing fast, and expanding our commercial team.

We're actively building our pipeline of exceptional commercial talent ahead of upcoming hires across:

• Sales — people who know how to open doors and close deals in the SME software space
• Account Management — relationship builders who understand the accountancy and payroll world and know how to grow and retain a customer base
• Presales — technically confident consultants who can demo complex software compellingly and translate product capability into customer value

What we're looking for

Experience in B2B SaaS — ideally in payroll, accountancy, or practice management software. You understand the world our customers operate in: compliance deadlines, bureau pressures, the cost of switching. You're commercially sharp, customer-focused, and ambitious.
