Job Description

• Support administrative process of the Assessment Center, Including document management, data recap, and file organization
• Help with preparation and logistics for Assessment Center activities (e.g, arranging materials, catering, or room setup)
• Provide Internal support for Talent Management initiatives, particularly those related to assessment administration and reporting
• Ensure readiness and completeness of assessment materials, tools, and documentation before and after each session
• Assist in proofreading, compiling, and formatting assessment reports and feedback summaries

Job Qualifications:

• Active university student or recent graduate, preferably majoring in Psychology or a related field
• Strong interest in Talent Management, Assessment Center Operation, and HR Development
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work collaboratively with the internal team and maintain high confidentiality standards
• Willing to work full-time from office (Monday-Friday) during the internship period.
