TALENT PARTNERS WANTED (COMMISSION-ONLY)

We are building a small, high-quality network of Talent Partners to work with us at Believe Resourcing.

This is a commission-based opportunity, not a salaried role — so it’s best suited to experienced recruiters or strong sourcers who want flexibility and performance-based earnings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working on live roles across BPO, multilingual, tech and specialist hiring
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Submitting quality, relevant profiles (not volume)

What you can earn:

• R2,000 – R60,000+ per month, depending on placements

How you get paid:

• 10% of your commission is paid upfront once the candidate starts
• The remaining balance is paid once the guarantee period is completed and the client invoice is settled

What I’m looking for:

• Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn, Boolean, etc.)
• Ability to understand and match to a spec properly
• Good communication and responsiveness
• Reliable and able to work independently
