Talent Partner (Bilingual)

💰 £50k base + £15k OTE (£65k total)

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a strong end-to-end hiring experience. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll take real ownership from day one, leveraging AI tooling, building AI agents whilst working across a mix of roles and regions. You’ll also use data to guide your decisions, track pipeline performance, and continuously improve how we hire.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in recruitment, in-house or within agency account management, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth company
  • Strong sourcing ability with experience building pipelines across different functions
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without losing quality or attention to detail
  • Experience working across global hiring or coordinating across time zones
  • Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Clear and professional communicator who can build trust with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Bonus: Ability to speak Spanish - or French/Italian

Languages

  • Fluent English is required
  • Spanish is highly preferred
  • Additional European languages such as Italian or French are a strong advantage
