Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the country’s performance management cycle and annual reviews, ensuring a consistent and fair process across the organization.
  • Support and drive talent initiatives in alignment with the Learning & Development roadmap, providing guidance and expertise to enhance the development of our employees.
  • Manage “Next Gen Talent” at country level and growing the pool of graduate trainees through collaboration with external partners
  • Partner with the HRBPs and line managers in facilitating development review sessions, implementing intervention programmes supporting talent mobility and progression within the organization
  • Analyze talent data and metrics to keep track of the talent health within the organization
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in succession planning, designing and developing programmes to build future leadership capabilities
  • Support the business leaders in succession planning efforts in identifying, grooming and positioning high potential and top performing talents for leadership positions, ensuring a competitive talent pool for next generation of leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to talent management, succession planning, talent mobility
  • High level of self-initiative, ability to motivate
  • Strong problem solving skills and meticulous
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
