Worcester, UK
Full-Time, Permanent
Our story began during a road trip in the 1990s, where our founders, Will and Andy, travelled across America collecting vintage items while living out of motels. They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. From there, they began designing reworked vintage pieces, and thus, Motel was born.
Over 30 years and a team of 200+ people later, every piece of clothing we make is created with the same spirit of fun, freedom and adventure as the road trip that first defined the brand. We’re still ambitious and independent, but now we’re a global team - we work from an operational base in Worcester, a design studio in London and a creative studio in Bali.
At Motel, we’re building a global fashion brand with roots in high-quality, consciously produced collections inspired by vintage design and worn by women all over the world. As we scale, we’re seeking a Talent Partner to join our HR team as our first dedicated recruitment specialist in the UK – owning the end-to-end hiring journey for all UK roles, shaping the way we attract, assess and appoint top-tier talent.
As Motel’s Talent Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to design world class processes, embed best practices and elevate our hiring outcomes. You’ll directly impact our growth, culture and success by ensuring we bring in the right people.

Motel is a growth mentality company
Motel Rocks Group Ltd is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

We are an independent women's fashion brand, celebrating individuality, community and empowering self expression. Each Motel piece is consciously designed by our wonderful team in London, with the essence of vintage, girlhood and independence at its core.
Motel was founded on a 1990s road trip that spanned California, New Mexico, and beyond. Taking its namesake from the motels they lived out of while on the road, founders Will and Andy have built Motel into the global brand it is today, with teams based in Bali and London.
