This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days look the same. You’ll work closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team, partnering directly with hiring managers across tech and non-tech functions to attract great people who will help drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do

Own the Talent Function:

Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the business, managing hiring across technical and non-technical teams including engineering, product, operations, commercial, finance, marketing, and more.

Partner Closely with Leadership:

Work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs, advise on hiring strategy, and support workforce growth as the company scales.

Drive Recruitment Delivery:

Manage the full hiring lifecycle from role kick-offs and sourcing through to interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Build Talent Pipelines:

Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.

Improve Processes & Hiring Strategy:

Help shape and improve recruitment processes, interview structures, employer branding, and talent operations to support long-term growth and scalability.

Champion Candidate Experience:

Create a positive, engaging, and professional experience for candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles

• Previous experience working within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner closely with leadership teams

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels

• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills

• Proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Passion for building teams and helping businesses grow

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience recruiting within iGaming, gaming, or technology businesses

• Exposure to international or remote hiring

• Experience building or improving talent processes in scaling businesses

• Employer branding or talent marketing experience

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
