MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Driveandcontribute tokey Talent & Organization projects, ensuring high-quality execution, strong stakeholderalignmentandtimelydelivery.
Manageprojectsend-to-end, from framing and planning to implementation,follow-upand continuous improvement.
Contribute to the design and evolution of frameworks, processes and initiatives focused on high performer development, leadership and top management talent, culture, and broader Talent & Organization transformation topics.
Support the design and deployment of culture initiatives that strengthen leadership, reinforce desired behaviors and ways of working, and contribute to organizational transformation.
Support the definition and execution of change management plans associated with key Talent & Organization initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement,alignmentand effective adoption.
Partner with people and business stakeholders to understand priorities, gather input and support the development of impactfulpeoplesolutions.
Translate business needs and organizational challenges into structured proposals,presentationsand action plans.
Prepare clear,compellingand high-quality materials for different audiences, including senior leadership, governancebodiesand decision-making forums.
Analyze talent and organizational data to generate insights,identifytrendsand support decision-making.
Monitor relevant KPIs and help translate data into practical recommendations and follow-up actions.
Contribute to the evolution of talent processes, helpingidentifyimprovement opportunities and ensuring consistency and effectiveness in execution.
Identifyopportunities toleverageAI, digitaltoolsand transformation levers to improve Talent & Organization processes, decision-makingand user experience.
Bring structure, criticalthinkingand an external perspective to ongoing projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our Talent & Organization practices.
Collaborate closely with the Talent & Organization team to support priorities across the function.
ABOUT YOU
4+ years of experience in consulting isrequired, ideally in projects related to organization, transformation, culture, change management orpeoplestrategy.
Strong experience in structuring projects and transforming ambiguous challenges into clear approaches,deliverablesand recommendations.
Strong business understanding, with the ability to understand organizational priorities, connectpeopletopics to business impact and adapt solutions to a dynamic retail environment.
Solid change management capabilities, with experience supporting adoption, stakeholderengagementand communication in transformation initiatives.
Solid stakeholder management skills and confidence working withdifferent levelsof the organization.
Strong communicationand storytelling skills, with the ability to prepare impactful presentations and messages for senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to extract insights from data and connect them to business andpeopleimplications.
High levelof ownership,autonomyand organization, with strong attention to detail and execution quality.
Interest in AI, digitalenablementand transformation, with the ability toidentifypractical applications inpeopleprocesses.
Advancedproficiencyin PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
University degree in Business Administration, Economics,Engineeringor related fields.
Interest in fashion and sensitivity to the dynamics of a creative, fast-pacedand customer-oriented business environment are highly valued.
