Your position and environment?

As a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role supporting TOD Managers in all activities related to career and organization development within the seating division based in north America. You'll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and intercultural environment.

Our FORVIA Automotive Seating – North America Organization is looking for you as a VIE – TOD Specialist m/f for in Puebla, Mexico.

Your role and responsibilities?

As a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist, you will support the sustainable development of career management and organizational changes. Specifically, you will follow-up the metal and complete seat scopes between Mexico and the United States, representing a population of around 1,000 Managers & Professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Career Evolution Support:
    Support career evolution processes, follow-up on performance, and build career paths and succession plans.
    Enhance individual leadership plans, promote training, and drive internal mobility at different levels (crossfunctions, sites, country, divisions).
    Facilitate mentoring and coaching programs and enable diversity & inclusion activities.
  • Organizational Strategic Changes:
    Foster organizational strategic changes according to business needs.
    Prepare for people reviews, design HR transformation projects, and lead employee engagement initiatives (events, committees, panels, operations turnaround, standardization) to improve the work environment.
  • Talent Community Coordination:
    Coordinate the emerging talents community (VIEs, trainees, RDPs, Graduates…) with the local HR network.
    Manage recruitment, onboarding, integration, assignment definition and review, and next steps planning for emerging talents.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Manage frequent data analysis and provide reporting of key relevant indicators according to local (site), functions, country, division, and headquarter needs.
    Accurately update talent information into the ERP system.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Ensure the successful support and implementation of talent and organizational development processes and new projects for Mexico region.


The mission will last 12 months.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Who are you?

  • Master's Degree diploma specialized in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or other related.
  • First experience in Human Resources preferably in learning & development or training/competencies management.
  • Fluent in English, desirable Spanish.
  • Familiar with MS office.
  • Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.
  • International mindset, proactive attitude, willing to learn and to face challenges.
