This role helps the Talent Development & Culture function deliver scalable, effective, and data-driven talent programs that support AXIS business priorities. You will serve as a key operational partner responsible for executing and continuously improving talent processes, workflows, technology solutions, reporting, and project delivery across the employee lifecycle. Success in this role will be measured through operational excellence, process effectiveness, technology adoption, data integrity, and the ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions that improve the employee and manager experience.

In this role, you will typically be required to:
Be in the office 3 days per week
Open to hiring in 3 office locations: NYC (midtown), Short Hills NJ, or Stamford CT
For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of $105k to $120k (NY), $100k to $115k (NJ or CT). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your specific experience and work location.
In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on overall corporate and individual performance.
