Location: Monterrey, Mexico

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinator to support our recruiting team by streamlining operational processes and recruitment activities in support of the North America Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will handle essential administrative and operational tasks, enabling our recruiters to focus on sourcing, qualifying, and closing top talent. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for interviews, assessments, and other recruiting-related activities.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews & candidate screenings.

  • Collect, review, and organize candidate documents to ensure compliance.

  • Research and troubleshoot issues within Workday or other HR systems.

  • Set up and manage candidate questionnaires and other pre-screening tools.

  • Support LinkedIn recruiting initiatives and other sourcing projects.

  • Generate and maintain reporting dashboards to track recruiting metrics.

  • Post jobs, filter candidate applications, send assessments, create LinkedIn Projects, conduct LinkedIn searches & sourcing, maintains clean and accurate job descriptions, schedule interviews, send correspondence to stakeholders and candidates.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational friction for recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting operations, for agency and corporate talent acquisition teams.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision & accuracy and compliance.

  • Proficiency with Workday, ATS systems, or similar HR platforms is a plus.

  • Comfortable using Excel, reporting tools, and digital collaboration platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.

  • Professional level of both oral and written English language fluency in with a high level if business acumen.
