Talent Operations Co-ordinator

Department: HR

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Pune

The Talent Operations Coordinator supports recruitment coordination, ATS management, and talent analytics while contributing to operational excellence in HR processes. The role demands strong coordination, system proficiency, data literacy, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination & Operational Execution
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR operations tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinates interviews, candidate communication, and logistical arrangements effectively.
  • Provides accurate and timely processing of applicants and recruitment documentation.
  • Maintains operational records, logs, and documents with high accuracy.
2. HR Systems & ATS Proficiency
  • Capability to manage Applicant Tracking Systems and related HR technologies.
  • Administers and troubleshoots the ATS and onboarding systems.
  • Supports end users in system navigation and resolves technical/process queries.
  • Ensures system data accuracy for reporting and compliance.
3. Talent Analytics & Data Interpretation
  • Ability to collect, interpret and report recruitment and HR operational data.
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of compensation benchmarking principles to support HR and Talent teams in evaluating new roles.
  • Supports salary benchmarking activities by gathering and organizing role information needed for market comparisons
  • Prepares dashboards, workload metrics and process health indicators. Analyses data to identify gaps, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides insights to support HR decision‑making and operational enhancements.
4. Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Effectively partners with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and cross‑departmental teams.
  • Collaborates with diversified teams to align recruitment workflows and operational needs.
  • Supports HR transformation and digital process optimization initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Mandatory:

  • Min. education needed: Masters in HR and related field
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data
  • Translating data into insights for recruiters and leadership
Power BI & Dashboarding
  • Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards
  • Data modelling and relationships
  • Data refresh schedules and version control
  • Creating role-based views for different stakeholders
Advanced Excel / Data Handling
  • Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Data cleansing and validation
  • Handling datasets from ATS and HR systems
Data Accuracy & Governance
  • Ensuring data consistency across dashboards
  • Auditing reports for errors
  • Understanding basic data privacy and compliance
Recruitment Process Awareness
  • Understanding of end-to-end hiring workflow
  • Familiarity with interview stages and handoffs
Operational Support
  • Updating hiring trackers and dashboards
  • Supporting weekly/monthly hiring reports
  • Following defined SOPs and processes
