Job Description

We’reCheckout.com You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.

We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.

Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As our first Talent Operations Associate in Mexico City, you will bridge the gap between high-touch candidate coordination and cutting-edge Talent Operations for Americas hiring.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion and proven experience in AI and automation who can leverage emerging tools to drive process efficiencies and improve our operational capabilities such as streamline scheduling, unblock logistics challenges, and build data-driven dashboards. If you are comfortable working consultatively with senior stakeholders, being proactive and assertive in securing interviewer availability, and excited to redefine how hiring operations run, this role is for you.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Scheduling & Logistics: Own complex, multi-time-zone interview scheduling. Actively leverage AI tools and workflow automation to resolve interviewer declines, optimize availability, and eliminate manual coordination bottlenecks.

  • Assertive Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with senior leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers. Confidently hold stakeholders accountable to SLAs, manage expectations, and secure necessary calendar availability.

  • Data & Analytics (Dashboarding): Build and maintain recruitment and scheduling dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., interviewer bandwidth, time-to-schedule, drop-off rates) and transform raw operational data into actionable insights.

  • Interviewer Enablement & Training: Manage and optimize interviewer training and shadowing programs, ensuring a scalable, consistent pool of qualified interviewers across all departments.

  • ATS Optimization: Partner with the team to manage, configure, and optimize our talent tech stack ( Ashby), testing new features and AI integrations to improve pipeline velocity.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-region/country interview coordination, talent operations, or a similar recruitment support function.

  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A resourceful, solution-oriented mindset able to resolve high-friction scheduling logistics while simultaneously troubleshooting broader operational challenges across the hiring lifecycle.

  • AI & Automation Proficiency: Proven experience or a demonstrated passion for using AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automations to solve operational inefficiencies.

  • Data Fluency: Demonstrated ability to work with hiring data and build reporting dashboards to identify bottlenecks and guide decisions.

  • Strong Executive Presence: Confident, tactful communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and hold them accountable to timeline commitments.

  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.

  • Strong Project Management: Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects in various stages with ease.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience with Ashby (ATS).

  • Hands-on experience building custom dashboards or using business intelligence tools.

  • Background in a high-growth technology, AI, or Fintech environment.
