Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Our Talent Marketing team, located across various countries around the globe, is dedicated to authentically portraying Infineon as an employer of choice and increasing the company’s visibility among candidates. We design and develop targeted branding campaigns globally that are adapted to our local markets to ultimately support our recruitment teams on-site. In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will:

• Social Media Management: Contribute to the successful day-to-day operations of our social media platforms and channels; Handle requests, resolve incidents, and follow up on social media channels and platform-related requests.
• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging social media content for social media, with a focus on TikTok
• Digital Media: Edit videos or images using digital editing tools (e.g., CapCut); Create and edit compelling captions for social media posts
• Candidate Engagement & CRM: Support website, job search, referral, and candidate relationship management (CRM) activities; Assist with referral programs and candidate engagement initiatives
• Analytics & Reporting: Provide timely reporting and analysis using dashboards and reporting tools
• Knowledge Management: Update knowledge articles and internal documentation; Contribute to newsletters and recruitment-related communications

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are proactive, willing to support your team members, and you don’t wait for things to move or for people to get back to you; you make things happen. You thrive in an international and multicultural workspace

• Education: Human Resources, Marketing, Media & Communication, Psychology, or equivalent field
• Social Media: Expert knowledge of TikTok, coupled with a strong passion for the platform and a keen eye for evolving content trends and best practices
• Topics of Focus: Strong interest in Social Media topics and Employer Branding
• Tools: A passion for tools and technology - experience with website analytics or social media platforms is a plus; experience with CapCut too
• Working Style: Creative thinker with a structured mindset. Your creativity, reliability, and good self-organization will help you handle projects independently
• Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
