The Talent Manager is the person in charge of matching candidates with startups. You are responsible for the hires once the candidates are pre-vetted in the network. This involves being the contact point not only with developers but also with the Hiring Managers at the startups.
Once the startup signs, the TM is in charge of reviewing candidates that match the profile and reaching out to the ones that are a match. The TM acts as a real manager, listening to the candidates' needs and expectations and analyzing what the best options for them are. Is also in charge of walking through the process before they start, sharing all the info about the startup, and ensuring the candidate is prepared for the interviews.
The TM also has the responsibility of all communication. This means submitting candidates for the opening, keeping the startup up to date regarding the candidates in the pipeline (scheduling, following up on feedback, etc.), and finding the talent they need. It also means thinking of different strategies when the positions are not being filled.
The challenge of this position is being able to mediate, always trying to find the best talent for the startup and the best career step for the developer while being in contact with Talent Specialists and the Demand team.

What you will be doing
- Participate in kick-offs, review initial info, update notion pages, RF, etc.
- Reach out for mission info.
- Complete the Client Internal profile.
- Open new positions: prepare campaigns, review info
- Get to know the startup hiring process and needs in-depth (watching videos)
- Communication with the client regularly
- Analyze Candidates that match the search
- Reach out to the candidates that are a match
- Pitch the position and the startup to get candidates excited
- Understand in-depth candidates’ profiles. Update their profiles to be presented.
- Review candidate presentation
- Submit Candidates to startup with blur of why they are a fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews once they are approved
- Watch interview recordings to give feedback and understand what the startup is looking for
- Follow the candidate process during the client's interview
- Communication with candidates throughout the process
- Keep Job Descriptions up to date and on-brand in Notion
- Review and Update the startup’s landing pages
- Manage Candidates within the client's ATS if needed
- Accountable for the communication, tracking, and timely responses to candidates
