We specialize in HR specifically for the Rakuten Mobile business, which is a key focus of the Rakuten Group. We support all aspects of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, development, evaluation, labor relations, HRBP) with approximately 60 members. While collaborating with Rakuten Group, Inc., we address HR issues specific to Rakuten Mobile and provide comprehensive solutions from planning and implementing measures.
To support the rapidly growing Rakuten Mobile–related business, some members have been assigned to high-priority projects, and we are hiring additional staff to backfill their positions.
