Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for day-to-day Learning Management System support. Responding and resolving basic support tickets, creating material, rosters, training deployment, and overall general LMS administration, globally. (70%)
  • Aid in the configuration, administration and technical support related to the Check-In / Feedback process. (15%)
  • Conduct external research, benchmarking best practices and evaluations in the following areas: employee development, LMS functionality, Learner Content, etc. Create and deploy ongoing Surveys to evaluate Talent Management programs. (15%)

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to grasp new technical skills quickly
