We are currently looking for a Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management & Development, you will play an important role in shaping employee experience through talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives that support both individual and organizational success.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders and employees across the organization to deliver programs that drive performance, development, and career growth. From supporting talent reviews and succession planning to coordinating leadership development, mentorship, onboarding, and engagement initiatives, your work will have a direct impact on building a high-performing and future-ready workforce.

Key elements of this role include:

• Leading the execution of performance management and talent review processes that support employee growth and organizational success.
• Coordinating succession planning, development planning, and talent initiatives that strengthen leadership and workforce readiness.
• Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees on talent management programs, processes, and tools.
• Monitoring program effectiveness through reporting and analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, communications, reporting, and action planning activities.
• Coordinating and deliver employee development programs such as mentorship, onboarding, leadership development, recognition, and early career initiatives.
• Facilitating workshops, information sessions, and learning experiences that enhance employee capability and engagement.
• Managing talent and development projects, ensuring key milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Analyzing program metrics and outcomes to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors while supporting enhancements to learning systems and processes.

These skills will make you successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Approximately three years of experience in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, or a related HR discipline.
• Experience coordinating programs and initiatives that support employee growth, development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
