Talent Management Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

Our CoE Growth & Performance is looking for a passionate and forward‑thinking Talent Management Senior Specialist to help shape the future of how we develop, grow, and retain talent at Yazaki EMEA.

In this central role, you will design and enhance Talent Management processes and programs, such as performance management, career development, talent identification and development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across regions to support implementation, drive consistency, and strengthen our talent culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys conceptual work, HR transformation, and building modern TM frameworks, while also staying connected to the business through trainings, roll‑outs, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you will do?

• Design, refine, and maintain core Talent Management processes
• Lead and coordinate TM cycles and development activities
• Act as a key partner for HR Operations, Growth&Performance Hub Specialists and HRBPs on all TM topics
• Support digitalization of TM tools and OneHR enhancements
• Create communication materials and deliver TM trainings
• Help build a consistent development culture across our organization

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in Talent Management or Development
• Strong conceptual thinking and process design skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
• Interest in digital HR tools and data-driven decision making
• A proactive, collaborative mindset

Travel requirement: <10%
