The Talent Management (**not Talent Acquisition) team sits within the P&C organization and is responsible for helping leaders, managers and P&C understand our talent and make intentional decisions based on that understanding. Collaborating with other P&C teams, as well as business leaders and managers across the organisation, we execute on a critical component of P&C Strategy that develops the culture and environment that enables the advancement of AI research.
