Job Description

As Talent Management Manager you will be responsible for supporting enterprise talent program execution, data accuracy, and process enablement to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals.

Essential responsibilities

  • Support the execution of core Talent Management processes across the annual cycle, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment to Vertiv’s high‑performance culture
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of key talent and critical roles through accurate talent data and readiness views to support pipeline and succession conversations
  • Coordinate and support succession planning activities, including preparation of talent materials, readiness tracking and coverage, and follow‑up on development actions
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support needs assessments and translate requirements into standardized, enterprise-aligned talent programs, tools, and resources
  • Enable leaders and HRBPs through clear guidance, tools, and process support to strengthen ownership of talent development and pipeline health
  • Participate in talent pipeline program governance forums by supporting data preparation, documentation, reporting, and effectiveness tracking
  • Contribute to global Talent Management initiatives and projects, supporting standardization, continuous improvement, system enablement, and adoption

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Industrial /Organizational Psychology
  • Minimum of 5 years previous experience in human resources as HR client support or talent development roles
  • Fluency in English
