Global Talent Management Lead
NCRVoyixis seeking a Global Talent Management Leadtoadvancethe global execution of our talentmanagementagenda. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance, people-first culture by leading enterprise talent programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding scalable, data-driven talent practices across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-focused leaderwho canoperateat both the enterprise and operational levels—designing impactful solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities
Partnerontheevolutionand executionof NCRVoyix’sglobal talent management strategy, includingperformance management,employee listening, and talent review frameworks.
Own and drive enterprise-wide talent programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent adoption across regions and functions.
Facilitate and elevate executive-level talent reviews and succession planning discussions,providingactionable insights, forward-looking talent strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
Define and implement scalable talent processes, tools, and frameworks, continuously improving effectiveness, efficiency, and global consistency.
Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment to NCRVoyix’sleadership expectations and future capability needs.
Partner externally with vendors and thought leaders, shaping solutions that bring innovative and best-in-class approaches to talent and leadership development.
Drive change management and adoptionof talent initiatives, ensuring strong engagement, communication, and sustained behavioral impact.
Build strong cross-functional relationships across NCRVoyix, role-modeling company values, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous development.
Coach and develop HR partners and leadersto strengthen talent management capability across the organization.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experiencein talent management, leadership development, or related HR disciplines within a global or matrixed organization.
Ability to balance enterprise strategy with hands-on execution,operatingeffectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Executive presence with advanced communication skills, including the ability to influence and present to senior leadership.
Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale talent programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate business needs into talent solutions.
Advanced data fluency, with experience using analytics to inform strategy and measure organizational impact.
Excellent program leadership and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
