
Our client, a prominent international law firm, is seeking a Talent Management & Development Manager to lead associate staffing, utilisation, and professional development. This role is a human resources and operational-led role and reports to the regional head of HR and works closely with practice group leaders and various HR divisions to ensure effective work allocation, support performance management, and drive development initiatives.
Drawing on project management skills, performance evaluation and HR operations, this role would suit someone in a similar role at a leading international law firm, consulting, financial or professional services firm, or a senior lawyer or paralegal with exceptional team management experience leading and allocating fee-earning work for a team of lawyers and/or paralegals, or a management consultant or accountant with similar such role in their respective profession. In both cases, you are interested in pivoting our of your main career and into an HR-focused career to develop the progress of lawyers at a top tier international law firm.
