In this role, you will be accountable for creating the conditions that enable strong talent, leadership and development outcomes across the organisation. You will set direction, establish ways of working and ensure high-quality, consistent delivery at scale, helping leaders and teams grow while supporting business priorities.

You will lead a team of Talent Management & Grow Partners and play a key role in connecting business needs with talent and development priorities. By creating clarity, alignment and strong collaboration across stakeholders, you will ensure Talent Management & Grow initiatives deliver meaningful impact for leaders, employees and the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Talent Management & Grow Manager, you will lead and steer the Talent Management & Grow agenda across Global Functions.

You are accountable for ensuring that leadership development, succession, talent reviews, talent growth and development initiatives are translated into practical action and delivered consistently across the organisation. You will create direction, define ways of working and enable your team to operate with ownership, accountability and strong business impact.

In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will also hold operational responsibility for one Global Function, ensuring strong delivery, stakeholder alignment and tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set direction for the Talent Management & Grow agenda across Global Functions, translating strategy into clear priorities, standards and delivery expectations.
  • Lead and enable a team of Talent Management & Grow Partners to deliver with ownership, quality and business impact.
  • Shape and embed ways of working that strengthen collaboration, clarify ownership and drive consistent execution.
  • Drive consistency in how talent management, leadership development, succession and development activities are delivered and experienced across Global Functions.
  • Translate business priorities and capability needs into talent and development actions that strengthen leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
  • Strengthen talent growth and mobility by supporting leaders in developing people, building capability and creating career opportunities.
  • Drive operational delivery for one Global Function, ensuring business-relevant impact and strong stakeholder outcomes.
  • Build strong partnerships across the People organisation to create a seamless and effective employee and leader experience.
  • Enable leaders to apply talent and growth processes with clarity, confidence and accountability.
  • Use insights, follow-up and business understanding to identify opportunities, improve ways of working and increase organisational impact.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will report to the Head of Specialist Partnering and work closely with stakeholders across Global Functions and the broader People organisation.

You will lead a team of Talent Management & Grow Partners and play an important role in ensuring business priorities are translated into talent, leadership and development actions.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across recruitment, leadership development, workforce planning and other people-focused disciplines to strengthen leadership capability, talent growth and organisational readiness.

You are a strong and credible leader who creates impact through others. You bring structure, clarity and direction in complex environments and combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to translate vision into tangible outcomes.

We are looking for people with...

  • An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in HR leadership, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Leadership Development or related areas.
  • Deep expertise within Talent Management, Leadership Development or organisational development in a global environment.
  • A proven ability to set direction, define ways of working and drive execution through others.
  • Strong experience in translating business priorities into talent and development initiatives that create measurable impact.

  • Experienced in creating alignment across multiple stakeholders, functions and organisational interfaces.
  • Strong in connecting people outcomes to business outcomes through insights, structured follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in leading specialist teams and building high-performing, accountable organisations.
  • Experienced in combining people leadership with operational responsibility in a complex global or matrix organisation.
  • Able to identify trends and translate insights into practical actions and organisational improvements.
