
The Talent Management and Curriculum Specialist is responsible for delivering a best in-class employee experience across dealership operations. This role bridges recruitment, training, compliance, and culture, ensuring employees are fully prepared, compliant, engaged, and productive from day one.
This position plays a critical role in building a high-performance workforce by building and executing training programs, supporting talent development initiatives, tracking early performance metrics, and reinforcing professional standards across Sales, Service, Parts, Collision, Detail, Accounting, IT, HR, Marketing, and Call Center departments.

This role operates in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and/or corporate office environment, requiring regular interaction with dealership leadership, managers, and frontline staff. Occasional travel between dealership locations may be required.
