The Country Head of Talent, Learning & Culture is responsible for leading and delivering the talent, learning and culture agenda within our Northern Europe region. Translating regional and global priorities into practical, business-focused solutions that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and business performance.
As the country lead and integrator across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and leadership development, and culture and engagement, this role ensures a cohesive people strategy that aligns with regional direction while addressing local business needs, workforce challenges and regulatory requirements.
The role provides strategic leadership, drives operational execution, and acts as a trusted advisor to country leadership, ensuring measurable outcomes across all talent, learning and culture initiatives.
