What You Will Do
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates in the AI and software development sectors.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience.

Compensation and Benefits
