We focus on delivering operational excellence with specialist infrastructure and dedicated support such as, Finance, Legal and Executive administration support, Risk and Compliance, Business Development, Branding, Marketing and Communications.
As a member of the Global Service Delivery team and within the Global Talent Acquisition function, aligned to the Global Talent & Development Centre of Excellence within Global HR, you will deliver talent intelligence activities that provide market insights, competitor intelligence, talent mapping and research to inform talent acquisition and broader talent planning decisions across Clifford Chance.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders, you will conduct research and analysis to identify talent opportunities, understand market trends and enhance intelligence-led decision making. Through talent mapping, market analysis and competitor insights, you will contribute to a more proactive and informed approach to attracting, engaging and retaining talent aligned to the firm's strategic priorities.
The role takes a longer-term view of talent markets, talent flows, emerging skills and competitor activity, helping the firm build a deeper understanding of the external talent landscape and future talent opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders, providing market intelligence, talent insights and research that enhances recruitment and talent planning discussions.
You will also work alongside the Client Insights & Business Intelligence team within Business Development & Marketing and colleagues across Global HR, sharing expertise and insight to support wider business objectives.
You will work globally, partnering with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, practice areas and time zones.
You will be responsible for delivering talent intelligence, market research and talent mapping activities that support talent acquisition and broader workforce planning initiatives across the firm.
