The Talent & HR Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations across the organization. This role serves as the primary coordinator for recruiting activities and onboarding administration while assisting with HR compliance, employee records management, process improvement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a future HR Generalist role.
Current Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some scheduling flexibility.
Environment: Office-based HR and administrative setting supporting operations and recruiting functions.
