The Talent Experience Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive, organized, and seamless recruitment experience at Klick. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, interviewers, and senior leaders, this role focuses primarily on coordinating interviews, managing complex calendars, and keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys bringing structure to complex situations, communicating with people, and solving scheduling challenges. Previous recruitment experience is not required. The role offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition operations, global stakeholder coordination, and recruitment technology.

This posting is for a newly created role at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $50,000 - $60,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
