HRSI is looking for Talent Executive HR for one of its leading client

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• 
  Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• 
  Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and suitability.
• 
  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• 
  Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• 
  Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
• 
  Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• 
  Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• 
  Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• 
  Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• 
  Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication.
• 
  Prepare recruitment reports, including hiring status, pipeline updates, and other recruitment metrics.
• 
  Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
• 
  Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• 
  Support other HR and talent management activities as assigned by management.
