  • Ensure insight-led actions are meaningful, proportionate and effectively delivered across the organisation

About You

  • Strong experience in equity, inclusion, talent strategy or people insight within a complex organisation

  • Proven ability to shape organisational approaches to equity and employee voice and translate strategy into practical interventions

  • Experience influencing core talent practices such as performance, succession and development through collaboration

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders on complex and sensitive topics

  • A strategic thinker with strong judgement, able to prioritise what will deliver meaningful impact

  • Passionate about creating equitable, inclusive and high-performing organisations

Qualifications (or working towards)

  • Relevant experience in talent, inclusion, HR or people analytics

  • Experience working with people data and insight tools (desirable)

  • Background in organisational development, talent or inclusion strategies (beneficial)

What We Offer
