Dein Alltag bei uns:

• Du unterstützt unser Talent Discovery Team bei der aktiven Suche nach Talenten
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren TD Specialists zusammen und wirkst bei der Auswahl und Einstellung von Studierenden mit
• Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von Reports für unsere Standort- und Business-Strategie
• Du bringst dich bei der Umsetzung unserer Campus-Strategie ein:
  von der Zusammenarbeit mit Universitäten und Studierendenorganisationen bis hin zur Organisation von Workshops und Vorträgen
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Organisation von Recruiting-Events, insbesondere im universitären Umfeld, und hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv daran teilzunehmen

Das bringst du mit:

• Du bist aktuell eingeschriebene r Studentin
• Du begeisterst dich für HR und Recruiting – idealerweise hast du dich auch außerhalb des Studiums damit beschäftigt
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist neugierig und achtest auf Details
• Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
