Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management – Talent Development, including administration tasks, logistics and scheduling, as well as a variety of apprentice-related organization topics.
• Employee Lifecycle Management – Compensation & Benefits, including benefits administration.
• Planning and organizing tasks in a structured way while maintaining an overview of tasks and priorities.
• Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring that they are completed with a high degree of precision and quality.
• Taking into account the needs of both internal and external customers and working as a strong team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Independently planning and managing own work and focusing on finding practical and workable solutions to problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Preferable 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong HR knowledge, including strong knowledge of German labour law & German wage tax law.
• Strong analytical skills and strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel), Hansalog and Gfos.
• Fluency in German (both spoken and written), as well as strong communication skills in English.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with a meticulous approach to work and a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Strong planning and organizing skills and the ability to work in a result-oriented way.
• A strong sense of responsibility, decisiveness and the ability to independently plan and manage own work.
• A team-oriented and customer-focused mindset, with strong Customer focus/Stakeholder management skills.
• Stress resilience and adaptability, with the ability to respond flexibly to changing situations, priorities or working conditions.
• Solution-oriented thinking and a focus on achieving agreed objectives.
