Talent DevelopmentBring your experience and ideas to advance Bell’s talent strategy by integrating AI adoption, digital skill‑building, and enterprise learning programs into a unified development framework. It blends change management, learning design, and organizational development expertise to build the capabilities employees and leaders need to thrive in an AI‑enabled environment. You'll work closely with functional AI points of contact, SMEs, HR partners, Textron teams, and Bell leaders to drive progress, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure high-quality execution across initiatives.What you’ll be doing as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist – AI Adoption and Enterprise DevelopmentIntegrate AI literacy and digital capabilities into Bell’s enterprise learning strategy by designing and delivering training, learning pathways, and hands‑on development opportunities.Partner with IT, HRIS, and Talent Management to identify AI and digital skill needs, support use‑case adoption, prepare employees for new ways of working, and ensure readiness for solution rollout.Modernize learning programs—such as ASEP, leadership courses, and development curricula—by including AI competencies, emerging skills, and evolving business requirements.Facilitate employee and leader development experiences focused on performance, digital fluency, career growth, and organizational capability building.Support performance management and succession planning processes by guiding leaders through discussions, providing tools and resources, and ensuring consistency across the enterprise.Coordinate and deliver enterprise learning programs with excellence, including assessments, facilitation, SME collaboration, and seamless logistics for high‑impact development experiences.Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning and AI‑enabled development programs, using data to inform improvements and articulate business impact.Serve as a consultative partner to HR and business leaders on talent development needs, change adoption strategies, and future‑focused capability building.
