Team Introduction
The Global e-Commerce Talent Development team aims to design and deliver scalable learning experiences that help our employees and leaders to grow and thrive in TikTok Shop. We build global programs, frameworks, and tools to develop future leaders, foster ByteStyle culture, enable high performance across teams, and support the business.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Support global program operations such as onboarding (Embark), early career development (Ignite), and leadership enablement through scheduling, enrolment, participant tracking, and content audits.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with HRBPs, regional program owners, and admin teams to ensure smooth rollout of learning initiatives.
- Host and support global learning events for Early Careers and employee development — including session preparation, speaker coordination, participant engagement, and live facilitation support.
- Manage and analyze data from multiple learning programs using dashboards and reports (e.g., Always-On Insights, Embark Utilization).
- Assist in content management across learning systems and internal pages — updating copy, visuals, and resources to keep materials current.
- Prepare logistics for offline or online learning sessions including swag coordination, meal booking, and participant reminders.
- Contribute creative inputs to communication materials, email campaigns, and learning assets (using Canva or similar tools).
- Gain exposure to global talent initiatives, including program evaluation, survey design, and continuous improvement discussions with regional stakeholders.
