Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 Salary,
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%, This is a structured hybrid position which requires working in our Owatonna, MN facility: Mondays and Thursdays and one other day during the week. The other days are home office workdays. Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable commutable distance to the facility.

As a Talent Development Program Leader, you will contribute to Wenger Corporation’s strategy to provide exceptional customer experience by designing and implementing talent development programs and systems that strengthen leadership capability, employee development, and organizational performance. This individual contributor serves as the program architect and internal resource to develop scalable solutions for leadership and department training, emerging talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
