As a Talent Development Partner reporting to the Talent Development Manager (South regions), you'll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, develop and grow across the business. This is a field-based role covering key South locations such as Reading, Bristol, Southampton and Exeter, with hybrid working.
This role sits at the heart of our talent strategy. Working collaboratively with Talent Development Partners, the wider Talent & People team and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll help create engaging development experiences that equip our people to perform better today while building the skills they need for tomorrow. From learning needs analysis and programme design through to facilitation, coaching and evaluation, you'll help ensure development solutions make a measurable difference.
